In this unit, students will learn a very powerful data analysis tool in Excel application. Almost all big and small businesses use Excel in their day-to-day functioning for data analysis. This unit offers an introduction of the use of Excel and it is designed to give students a working knowledge of Excel with its usage for more advanced topics in data analysis. Students will learn basic operations such as reading data into Excel using various data formats and organizing and manipulating data for advanced functionality and analysis. With the use of Excel, students will find it easy to understand the given examples and can apply the techniques in the real world.
